Midlands Connect has worked alongside its partners to gather evidence, present technical expertise and gain consensus on the priority schemes the region needs to make the most of HS2 and fully realise the positive impacts it will bring. The recommendations outlined in this submission - if integrated with our new high speed network - will deliver benefits sooner,
connect more communities, create more jobs and crucially, change more lives for the better.
